THETA development and testing resources combine a Research and Development laboratory with pilot plant allowing
scale to Production. Synthesis facilities include:
- Mixing and formulation
- Centrifugation
- Vacuum oven
- Rotary Evaporator
- Reactor for reflux/evaporation and isolation of final product
Film application is developed on coating systems which are custom designed and fabricated for dip and spray applications. All spray and dip parameters are fully controlled and variable inputs allow development of film deposition thickness and properties. Annealing Furnaces are time and temperature controlled up to a maximum temperature of 1100oC allowing control and ease of scale up for industrial requirements.
